Tai Chi Chuan is a centuries old Asian martial art and health doctrine for the improvement of physical mobility, coordination, strength, and the overall health of body and mind. In University Sports, the tai Chi Chuan (Vietnamese: Thai Cuc Quyen) of Vo-Dao-Viet-Nam according to Master Hoang Tri Dzung is taught.

Rules of Conduct Corona Interim Program

Compliance with the Corona Rules of Conduct is compulsory for all participants of the interim program.

Target Group and Requirements

This course is aimed at all those who wish to learn Tai Chi Chuan from scratch or have already learned a different Tai-Chi style. As there are no specific physical requirements Tai Chi Chuan is equally suited to both men and women.

Content and Goals

Participants learn the fundamental basic movements in order to get to know Tai Cuc Quyen and obtain a fundamental understanding of movement, body and spirit.


Due to the current circumstances the HSZ is unable to provide any equipment. Standard sportswear is sufficient.
