In Box Fitness participants are primarily taught general fitness training for boxing. Beside endurance, strength, and mobility, reaction and concentration ability are also taught in box fitness.

Rules of Conduct Corona Interim Program
Compliance with the Corona Rules of Conduct is compulsory for all participants of the interim program.

Target Group and Requirements
This course is aimed at all those who wish to improve their fitness, regardless of their personal fitness level.
Content and Goals
Box Fitness is a fitness training that harnesses the elements and methods of boxing training. That means that movement sequences are oriented on the fitness training as it occurs in boxing training. The aim is the improvement of fitness and not the learning of the sport of boxing.
Equipment
Due to the current circumstances the HSZ is unable to provide any equipment. Standard sportswear is sufficient.
