Compliance with the Corona Rules of Conduct is compulsory for all participants of the interim program.

Target Group and Requirements

This course is aimed at men and women of all fitness levels with or without prior experience in the area of fitness.

Content and Goals

Beach Workout is an effective strength stamina training, which will quickly show noticeable results. A combination of plyometric exercises that challenge explosive and jumping strength, as well as static and dynamic strengthening optimally prepares the body for everyday movements.

The training starts with a short warm-up, that prepares muscles and joints for the training. Through the use of one’s own body weight and a soft, sandy floor several muscle groups are challenged simultaneously in different ways. This helps create a strong posture, defined musculature and higher energy metabolism. Through the use different variations of exercises, the workout is steplessly scalable to every level of fitness. An appropriate group size enables an intensive accompaniment by the course instructors. Weekly challenges, electrifying music and visible results motivate you to stick to it.

Equipment

Please bring a dry towel of at least 70 by 140cm and something to drink.
