The classical disciplines of the HSZ like Football in the Soccerbox, Basketball, Badminton and Volleyball offer supervised and unsupervised matches on almost every day. Also the field of martial arts still offers some spots in courses like Aikido, Arnis, Karate or Judo. Moreover we offer courses like the famous Fitness with Music (better known as "Kontakthüpfen"), in which you can participate daily without a prior registration.
