Lacrosse is an exciting and fast-paced team sport originally practiced by Native Americans. In the modern sport, a rubber ball is passed back and forth with a special stick and then shot into the opponent's goal. In lacrosse, hand-eye coordination and agility are trained in addition to stamina. Since men and women play by different rules, the training is split up. In addition to the action on the field, there are always team events for social exchange.

The lacrosse training takes place at the VfL 1905 Aachen e. V.

Lacrosse is fast and dynamic. The game is a bit more intense here. Therefore, players wear helmets, gloves, and arm pads, which allow for more physical confrontations. The equipment will be provided.
