Ju-Jutsu is a German self-defense system developed in the 1960s that combines various elements from other martial arts. It teaches techniques such as joint locks, throws, breathing techniques, and later on, also the handling of weapons. These can initially be learned individually and then applied in combinations or in free fighting.
