Fitness and Gymnastics at 40+ is targeted primarily women and men, who want to maintain and increase their personal fitness.
Content and Goals
Once you turn 40 the body begins to change in tangible ways: the muscles break down, fat stores more easily, the connective tissue becomes weaker. With various physical and strengthening exercises and while having fun in a group, the goal is to reach a better quality of life and wellbeing!
