Krav Maga, Hebrew for contact fighting, is a modern self-defense system. The objective: learn simple methods to defend yourself against violence. In a workshop you will learn super effective techniques for self-defense against physically superior attackers.

Target Group and Requirements

The workshop over 5 hours in one day is for all students with or without previous experience who want to learn how to defend themselves.

Content and Objectives

You learn to use defense techniques intuitively, even under pressure and stress. Only those who have mastered this can also call up the techniques safely in an emergency.
We practice in realistic scenario trainings. You can also try out the techniques you have learned directly on the protected trainer. You can't get any closer to reality than that!


  • Defense from the ground position
  • Making the most of the attacker's knockout points
  • Defense against attacks with objects, e.g. glass bottle
  • Threat in the elevator

After this seminar you will be able to successfully defend yourself against the most common attacks worldwide!


You only need fitness clothes, drink and clean indoor shoes.
