Who doesn’t know the feeling? Your shoulders and neck are tense, your head hurts, and your back has also felt better days. The body reacts to stress, lack of movement, and poor posture with muscle tension, which are the main source of back pain. A healthy, strong back is important at every age and contributes to good posture and wellbeing.

Basic Information

Rules of Conduct Corona Interim Program

Compliance with the Corona Rules of Conduct is compulsory for all participants of the interim program.

Sports Facility

Gymnastikraum Ahornstraße

Special regulations apply to the use of the sports facility in accordance with the corona decree.

Target Group and Requirements

The Back Fitness training is aimed at all who suffer from shoulder, neck or various forms of back pain due to lack of everyday physical activity and wish to do something for their health.

Content and Goals

In Back Training, core muscles are actively and carefully strengthened and stretched. Additionally, through the back preserving movement the body is helped to improved coordination and the spine to increased stability. The session is rounded off with a short stretching program.

Equipment

Due to the current circumstances the HSZ is unable to provide any equipment. You must bring your own mat.
