Notes regarding the interim sports hall
We kindly ask for your understanding that due to the extraordinary temporary interim situation, the usual room climate cannot always be guaranteed.

Equipment

Required for participation are a separate, clean pair of indoor shoes or other martial arts footwear. Normal sportswear will do. If available, a mouth guard, bandages, cup. Boxing gloves can be rented for the duration of the whole course via the boxing glove rental. There are also boxing gloves available at the gym. They are handed out at the beginning of the course sessions and have to be returned at the end of the class.
