Movement means physical activity. A variety of movements is good for the fascia. The idea of movement training is to generalize instead of specializing. Different aspects of movement are taken into account, such as flexibility, strength, balance, endurance, concentration, and breathing (see Ido Portal).
Rules of Conduct Corona Interim Program
Compliance with the Corona Rules of Conduct is compulsory for all participants of the interim program.
The class is currently taking place on the Allwetterplatz.
Content and Goals
The offer should inspire to move more in everyday life. The participants playfully explore their own bodies and their abilities, thereby strengthening their own body awareness.
A course unit is divided into a warm-up, problem-oriented work on challenges, and a relaxation phase. The units include training and relaxation methods such as interval core training, active stretching, autogenic training, and progressive muscle relaxation.
Target Groups and Requirements
The course is open to any level. No special prior knowledge is required.
To participate in a sports hall, you need to bring clean indoor shoes separately. Comfortable sportswear is sufficient. In Corona times a mat of your own is necessary.
