Fascia Training: Movement & Mobility

 

The fascia training courses Movement and Mobility are divided into two main focuses. Although both courses address the same goals, they challenge the body and mind intensively in different ways.

 
Notes regarding the interim sports hall

We kindly ask for your understanding that due to the extraordinary temporary interim situation, the usual room climate cannot always be guaranteed.

Until the temperature control in the Interim Sports Complex is adjusted, sports classes continue as usual. We recommend dressing a bit warmer or bringing a jacket. The University Sports Center is actively working with a specialized firm to resolve the situation promptly. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Equipment

To participate in a sports hall, you need to bring clean indoor shoes separately and a towel. Due to current events, it is recommended to bring your own mat and if necessary your own fascia roller for the course Focus on Mobility.
