Training Plan Course
Target Group and Prerequisites
This course is targeted towards everyone, who has trained about six weeks with their training plan after taking the introductory course or advanced course.
Content and Objectives
This course refreshes your personal training with a new individual training plan and new variations and exercise recommendations, while you simultaneously reach a new training level. If you would like to participate in group training for a longer period of time, we recommend one of our further courses based on your personal goals.
Particularities
You must possess an authorization card for the RWTH GYM and a valid early or fitness training card to take this course. The course is specifically designed for an individual person.
