Target Group and Prerequisites
Content and Objectives
This course refreshes your personal training with a new individual training plan and new variations and exercise recommendations, while you simultaneously reach a new training level. If you would like to participate in group training for a longer period of time, we recommend one of our further courses based on your personal goals.
You must possess an authorization card for the RWTH GYM and a valid early or fitness training card to take this course. A mininum of two and a maximum of three people can participate in a course.
