Rock Climbing
Rock climbing is a diverse and communicative sport, which can be practiced both traditionally outdoors on cliffs or in climbing gyms. Rock climbing trains not only strength and body tension but also coordination, balance, and concentration. This sport provides an interesting change to everyday life, where you can push yourself based on your own assessment. Furthermore, the courses offer an opportunity to meet others and to find climbing partners at a similar level for the long term.
