Pilates
Pilates is a gentle and effective workout for both mind and body created by Joseph H. Pilates. Exercises are conducted slowly and precisely through conscious, concentrated breathing. Individual muscle groups are individually stretched and strengthened. The exercises are fluid and smooth. The goal is to build a strong body center, the so-called Power House which strengthens deep muscles close to the spine.

Target Group and Requirements
The Pilates course is aimed at everyone who wants to gather their first experiences with Pilates. Those already experienced with Pilates will also get their money’s worth. One’s personal fitness level and prior sporting experience are unimportant. This training is also suitable for people with slightly limited mobility.
Content and Goals
The fundamentals of Pilates will be taught. Special exercises for the strengthening and stretching of the muscles will be carried out and the general fitness improved.
Equipment
Due to the current circumstances, the HSZ is unable to provide any equipment. Please bring your own mat.
