Target Group and Requirements
This course is aimed at beginners in parkour as well as people who already have parkour experience.
Contents and Goals
The goal of this course is to teach participants the basic skills of parkour. The training will mainly take place indoors, as there are many opportunities to jump over blocks, roll mats, balance on beams or swing on bars. As soon as the first basics are strengthened, we will go outside in case of good weather. The course not only teaches movement techniques, but also the safe learning of new movements and the creative handling of obstacles. Experienced participants can improve their basic techniques and gain creative inspiration for new movements. The most important thing, however, is to have fun while exercising!
Boxes, mats, and similar training equipment is available at the gym. To participate you must bring a separate, clean pair of gym shoes.
