Classic circuittraining is currently offered six days a week at different times.

Target Group and Prerequisites
This offer is targeted towards women and men of all ages and at all levels of fitness, with or without previous fitness experience.
Content and Objectives
Each class begins with a general warm up program. Then strength and muscle endurance training follows at stations in a circle. Different exercise variations and degrees of difficulty are offered at every station. This makes it possible to individually adapt the training to an individual's fitness level. These possibilities distinguish Circuit Training as suitable training for all levels of fitness. It is also fun working out in a group. The class ends with a stretching component.
To participate you must bring a separate, clean pair of gym shoes. Please bring a hand towel and something to drink.
