Content and Goal

Pilates is a gentle and effective workout for both mind and body developed by Joseph H. Pilates. Exercises are conducted slowly and precisely through conscious, concentrated breathing. Individual muscle groups are individually stretched and strengthened. Movements are fluid and smooth. The goal is to create a stronger core or power house, thus strengthening the deep muscles located near the spine.

Requirements

This course is open to all levels. No prior experience is required.
Other than a mat, no sports equipment is required.

Course Capacity

The capacity of this course is limited, so that the course instructors can advise the participants individually.
