Going relaxed into the new year with yoga


Because of the high demand the HSZ offers further yoga classes in the second half of the winter semester. Yoga can be an ideal balance to our often stressful daily routine and helps us to bring body, soul and breath in line.

The sports program of the University Sports Center expands because of offering another class of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. In addition to the general start date in the middle of January you can also visit the course from Level 1 to 2 as well as Level 2 at the beginning of March.

The former course Pilates meets Yoga gets an update and is now called Yogilates. As before the class is good for everybody who wants to combine holistic breathing exercises, deep relaxation and body training. That combination of Yoga and Pilates also improves your stance and strengthens your muscles.
