Content and Goals

Qi Gong is the "work with Qi" with the aim to harmonize the flow of Qi and thus increase our well-being. The exercises are based on the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, the meridian system and acupuncture points. Regular practice of Qi Gong trains concentration and mindfulness and serves to keep the body healthy.
In this course, moving Qi Gong is practiced, i.e. different postures are performed and the movements are carried out consciously and slowly in sync with breathing. The body is stretched, physical strength is increased and posture is improved. The Qi Gong practice is complemented by short meditation sessions.
