The 33rd Lousberglauf powered by STAWAG excited around 1,500 runners and spectators at the Teufelsberg in Aachen on July 6. In the women's category, a new course record was set after 11 years! The cult event organized by the RWTH Aachen University Sports Center (HSZ) and the residential towers in Rütscherstrasse provided a diverse mix of excitement, fun, and sweat. Fancy dressed athletes, a cheering audience as well as the incomparable atmosphere made this event a complete success!

Around 1,500 participants started at the Lousberglauf in presence. The clear winner of the demanding course of 5,555 meters was Jonathan Dahlke in the men's category with a time of 17:08 minutes. In the women's category, Esther Jacobitz set a new course record with a time of 18:40 minutes.

All participants as well as spectators were happy that the Lousberglauf could finally take place in presence again. Thanks to the cooperation with the towers, numerous volunteers also supported the event. In addition to the towers, the Studierendenwerk and STAWAG are also two important partners. They provided the runners with food and water, for example.

All other results and information can be found on the HSZ website.
