On March 8, 2020, the Königshügel Sports Hall will again be host to exciting football matches and cheering fans, as the RWTH Indoor Football Cup will take place for the 15th time.

At the Indoor Football Cup 20 teams from different institutions and institutes of RWTH compete against one another. The RWTH Indoor Football Cup is a mixed tournament, meaning that of the 12 players on each team at least three must be women.

As every year, the highly sought-after places for the teams are awarded by a process of creative applications. In the RWTH Anniversary Year 2020, the motto for these is “150 years of RWTH – 150 years of football”. Those looking to secure one of the sought-after places should let their creativity flow.

Applications will be accepted at the University Sports Center (Room 21) at Mies-van-der-Rohe-Strasse 3 from January 6 to January 31, 2020.

The participation fee is 84 euros per team.
