The three workshops focus on different fundamentals of yoga on three Sundays between 11am until 2pm. The course on June 25, 2017 covers Bandhas of Yoga, which is a technique that allows you to control your life energy. On July 16, 2017 the 8 limbs of yoga are presented, which is the classic way of yoga. Thereby you have the chance to get to know yourself better as well as to understand the language of the yoga teachers better. The last one is on July 30, 2017, that focusses on breathing and the right execution of the exercises.
