Never Forget - Sporthalle Königshügel booth at RWTH FH Sports Day: One-time opportunity for a piece of memory!

Besides lots of fun, excitement and ambition during the tournaments and the Institute Olympics of the RWTH FH Sports Day, the charitable aspect is not overlooked either. As part of the RWTH FH Sports Day program, everyone gets the chance to grab one of the coveted Never Forget - Sporthalle Königshügel memorabilia without having to order it online. After 61 years of sports operation, the Königshügel sports hall complex will be demolished in the next few weeks. In order to give a memory to the many experiences and to create something positive out of the loss of the central sports facility of the Aachen University Sports, the parquet floor of the hall will be refurbished into unique memorabilia. In addition, many of the souvenirs will also be pre-produced. So anyone who has already pre-ordered one online for pickup can get their own unique floor piece here. The proceeds of the campaign will be donated to the international organization Right To Play.
To that end, a booth will be available for purchase or pickup at Stadium Königshügel during the RWTH FH Sports Day. Starting from 2 p.m., it is also DIES Academicus at RWTH and FH Aachen. This means that there will be no lectures, seminars or other events on the University Sports Day for all students of the Aachen universities from 2 p.m. onwards, so that everyone can be there. The HSZ is happy to welcome so many students, employees and alumni on the Königshügel!
