The FISU World University Games in Chengdu - Aachen's diver is among the participants

On July 28, the FISU World University Games will begin in Chengdu, China. This sporting event brings together university athletes from all over the world to compete in 18 different sports. 160 athletes from Germany are participating. Part of the German delegation is also the diver Alexander Lube from Aachen.

Alexander Lube has already been successful in international competitions in the past. At the University Games 2019 in Naples, he reached the 4th place in water diving from the 1-meter board. In 2020, he was honored with the top sports award of Sparkasse Aachen as part of the university sports show.

As a partner university of top-class sports, RWTH Aachen University enables student athletes to successfully complete their studies despite sporting commitments, competitions and training.

The water diving competitions will take place from July 31 to August 7. The University Sports Center wishes Alexander Lube and the entire German delegation every success at the World University Games in Chengdu.
