The first guests arrived in Aachen on Saturday, November 4, to take part in the Pre-Forum. The focus was on the Euregio. Day trips to Brussels, Maastricht and Hasselt enabled the participants of the Pre-Forum to get to know Aachen and the Euregio better.

In Maastricht, the program included a visit to the university sports facilities followed by a guided tour of the city. The next day, the participants went to Brussels, where they visited the EU Parliament. Various presentations on the topic of digitalization and sport were also given there, followed by a tour of the city. On the last day of the pre-forum, there was a day trip to Hasselt. After a joint sports session in Europe's largest sports entertainment park, the participants visited the local university sports facilities.

The official 25th Forum began on Tuesday evening with a reception at Aachen City Hall, where the international guests were welcomed by RWTH Rector Prof. Ulrich Rüdiger and Lord Mayor Sibylle Keupen. The baton is also handed over to the host university each year at this event. After the University of Porto in Portugal last year, RWTH Aachen University received the baton this year. On the opening day, the participants dined together in the Ratskeller. The programme for the next few days includes a variety of presentations and workshops on the topic of "The Impact of Digitalization on University Sports". The ENAS Forum will be rounded off by a supporting program consisting of joint sports sessions, dinner and a gala dinner.
