17th RWTH Indoor Soccer Cup - Registration is open

On February 24, the 17th RWTH Indoor Soccer Cup will once again be fought for the title of the most high-scoring institute. Due to the construction of the new Königshügel sports hall, the popular short-field football tournament will be held in the Eckertweg sports hall for the first time this year. Not only will the most talented players be honored, there will also be a prize for the best fans in the audience. Registration is open until February 10.

The Indoor Football Cup is traditionally organized by the RWTH Aachen University Sports Center (HSZ) together with the RWTH Aachen University women's football team. Between exciting matches and cheering spectators, exciting competitions are expected. Registration is still possible until February 10 on the website of the University Sports Center. The participation fee is 84 euros per team.


The teams will have to prove their stamina, team spirit and sporting talent on the pitch. The RWTH Indoor Football Cup is a mixed tournament, which is why at least three of the maximum twelve team members must be women.


On February 24, all fans are invited to cheer on their teams live in the Eckertweg sports hall. The best fans will also be chosen at the award ceremony at the end of the tournament. The official opening of the Indoor Football Cup will take place at 10.00 a.m. in the Eckertweg sports hall. Entry is free of charge.
