It’s that time again – Registration for the Lousberglauf starts on May 13!

The Lousberglauf, with its steep gradient and changing elevation, poses a challenge even for experienced runners. For that reason, all those who have been able to secure a starting place have the opportunity to take part in preparatory courses. Registration for the Lousberglauf and the preparatory courses start simultaneously on Monday, May 13 at 2pm. However, a starting place in the Lousberglauf is a requirement for participation in the preparatory courses. There will be two preparatory courses, one for beginners on Wednesdays from 7 to 8pm and one for advanced runners on Mondays from 7 to 8:15pm. The fee for the beginners’ course is 10 €, while the advanced course costs 15 €.
