Third Place for RWTH at the EUC Combat 2019

Farah Sedky Tawfik from RWTH Aachen competed at the European University Championships (EUC) Combat 2019 and took third place in Taekwondo.

From July 30 to August 4, the EUC Combat 2019 took place in Zagreb, Croatia. 1300 participants from 36 countries competed in the four martial arts Taekwondo, Judo, Karate and Kickboxing.

Farah Sedky Tawfik competed for RWTH in the sport of Taekwondo. She fought her way through to the semifinal, taking bronze in her weight class. First place went to Grau Baldovia from the University of Valencia.
