RWTH Aachen supports the “National Action Plan”

Under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Health (BMG) the “Germany’s national initiative to promote healthy diets and physical activity”, which was published in 2016, was developed by the working group “promoting activity in everyday life”.

RWTH Aachen actively supported this initiative by the help of Peter Lynen, head of the HSZ. Peter Lynen is member of the working group of the BMG since the project management and provision of the project “Promotion of Health and Prevention for Students and Employees Through Sport and Movement” from 2009 to 2011. As a member, he represents the interests of the university.
