Equality-Dancing-Workshop Was a Great Success

The Queerreferat of Aachen's Universities is happy about the successful cooperation with the HSZ. Approximately ten dancing couples were able to learn a few basic figures on the Equality-Dancing-Workshop.

On January 14, 2017, both male and female same-gender couples, as well as mixed couples that wanted to experience the change of roles in dancing, could dance together on this workshop.

Thanks to the professional guidance of Susanne Wiese, chairlady of the ballroom dancing of the HSZ, every couple could dance on their individual level. On top of that, it was really pleasant that this workshop was used by all kind of ages: Students, alumnis and people in employment were taking part.

The Queerreferat, which was responsible for the cooperation with the HSZ, was very satisfied with the offer since they were given only positive feedback from the attendees. That is why next term this event will preferably occur again.
