7 Days On Demand

The University Sports Center is expanding its program of digital workouts.

Due to high demand, the recordings of the live sessions are now available On Demand for up to 7 Days. The recordings of the live sessions are made available on the following work day. This gives everybody the opportunity to actively enjoy the weekly updated workout videos of their favourite sports.
