More movement in your everyday life! That is the motto of the project “RWTH aktiv- Moving University”. The 10000 daily steps that are recommended by the WHO is a significant challenge for a lot of people. To motivate and to have fun by achieving this aim, there is a pedometer team challenge which has started on May 22.
So find a fit team, apply and start! After only 14 days of activity you will definitely feel better right away and on top of this, you might also win a prize.
