Dancing Through the University - German Dancing Sport Badge for University Sports Dance Couples

Dancing is very important at the RWTH University Sports Center (HSZ). In numerous courses, participants can learn a great variety of dance styles from hip-hop to ballroom dancing. Participants in ballroom dancing will have the opportunity to receive a DTSA on November 26, 2022. This official award is given by the German Dance Sport Federation for dance sport achievements.

The DTSA acceptance will take place on November 26 between 10 am and 3 pm in the hall in Schanz. Prior registration is required. The DTSA is available in the levels bronze, silver, gold and brilliant. The participating couples must show figures in at least three different dances. The appropriate and accurate execution is judged. The acceptance test is aimed at all dance couples who have completed a dance course within the framework of Aachen University Sports. Already after the Level 1 dance course the participants have sufficient knowledge to acquire the Bronze-DTSA.
