Top-class sport in the snow: DHM Snowboard & Freeski 2025 is imminent

From March 15 to 22, 2025, the RWTH University Sports Center (HSZ) will once again be hosting this year's German University Championships (DHM) in snowboarding and freeskiing in the disciplines of cross and slopestyle in Les Deux Alpes. The HSZ already successfully hosted the DHM last year. Once again, a unique atmosphere, excitement and impressive skills are expected.

Impressive competitions at the DHM Freeski and Snowboard

The DHM Snowboard and Freeski is a highlight of the winter semester for student snow sports enthusiasts nationwide. Together with the German University Sports Association (adh), the SNOWSport Team Aachen and the sports department of Aachen's universities, the HSZ organizes the event in the Les Deux Alpes ski resort in France. University athletes from all over Germany will travel to compete against each other in the disciplines of ski and snowboard slopestyle as well as ski and boardercross. Not only students, but also amateur winter sports enthusiasts and all interested parties are cordially invited to experience the unique competition atmosphere on site. The DHM Snowboard / Freeski is one of over 50 German University Championships organized by the adh every year. The HSZ organizes a DHM for the adh every year.

HSZ already hosted DHM Snowboard and Freeski 2024

The HSZ already hosted the DHM in France last year. Numerous professional university athletes and snow sports fans traveled to France to experience the exciting competitions. The tournament was so successful that the DHM will be hosted by the HSZ again in 2025.


Versatile challenges in the Les Deux Alpes ski resort

The venue is Les Deux Alpes in France with its breathtaking 2Alpes Snowpark at 2,600 meters. The boardercross course is open throughout the season. For the DHM, it has been redesigned to meet the requirements of a national competition. Thanks to the high altitude of up to 3,600 meters and the huge glacier, snow is absolutely guaranteed. The snow park is one of the best in the Alps.
