Glittering, Glamorous, Glorious? Gala Ball! RWTH Aachen University Celebrates the Grandest Night of the University Year.

On November 25 it’s finally there: The Galaball 2017 presented by Sparkasse Aachen promises to be an unforgettable evening. An impressive show program, unique atmosphere and ballroom dancing, accompanied by live music, await over 900 guests. The event is organized by the University Sports Centre of RWTH Aachen University.

When students, professors, employees, alumni and patrons of the university all get together, then it can only mean one thing: Galaball. It is an event like no other and the highlight of the university year. No other event is capable of bringing so many different people together on a single evening. Fine evening dress is an absolute must at such an event.

The ball will be opened by the university administration, upon which couples will be able to take to the dance floor and dance to standard standard and Latin-American rhythms. High-class dance couples and groups, as well as show performances by University Sports will ensure a varied and exciting evening and provide guests with a well-deserved break.

The event is already sold out and University Sports is looking forward to a relaxed atmosphere, good music and a full dance floor!
