The individual appointment booking and online registration of all playing partners are mandatory.
Only individuals who have registered online for the appointment are eligible to play. Both singles and doubles are allowed, provided that all players are registered online for the appointment.
One person books the individual appointment by providing the bank account details from which the court fee will be debited via direct debit. Subsequently, this person must forward the email address used during booking, which will serve as a password for further bookings of their partners, to their fellow players. All partners must then also register online for the reserved time slot. Booking is a prerequisite to gain access to the sports hall!
A substitute player can be registered by phone at the HSZ Service Point up to one hour before the game starts, but no later than 5 PM; otherwise, it is not possible to bring a substitute.
The Pickleball singles appointment booking incurs a fee and can be booked 24 hours in advance.

Players must bring their own balls and paddles!
Bring your own clean towel to use as a seat cover and for wiping sweat.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Your booking is binding! Cancellations can only be made by the HSZ Service Point if you submit your cancellation request in writing via email.
For cancellations of an individual appointment made less than 24 hours before the booked time, there is no entitlement to a refund unless the reserved time slot can be assigned to another participant!
A processing fee of 5 percent of the fee will be charged for each withdrawal, with a minimum fee of 5 Euros; this processing fee will be deducted from the cancellation fee.
If an appointment needs to be canceled by HSZ, this will always be communicated via email by the team at the Service Point. In this case, the full fee will be refunded without any deductions.
