The SOCCERBOX Königshügel has three lit artificial turf pitches and is located in the middle of the outdoor facility on the University Sports Center's grounds at Königshügel. Cagesoccer is a very fast-paced soccer game, in which nets and bands prevent the ball from landing outside the playing area. This type of outdoor soccer is a hot trend due to its own game rules and small teams of three or more.

The HSZ traditionally holds a cagesoccer mixed tournament in the summer semester as part of the RWTH FH SPORTS DAY. In the winter semester we invite all RWTH Aachen institutions and institutes to the RWTH Indoor Football Cup.
