Climbing is a versatile and communicative sport that can be practiced both traditionally on rock faces and in climbing and bouldering halls. Climbing not only trains strength and body tension but also coordination, balance, and concentration skills. These two sports provide an interesting change from everyday life, as participants can challenge themselves at their own discretion. Additionally, the courses offer the opportunity to make new contacts.

The difference between bouldering and climbing is that in bouldering, the walls are a maximum of 4.5 meters high, and the ground area below is covered with thick mats, while in climbing halls, you can climb up to 15 meters high with each other securing with a rope. As a result, bouldering routes are much shorter but require more maximal strength, whereas longer climbing routes focus more on strength endurance and concentration skills.

The course language is German; however, translation into English is possible if desired.
