Target Group and Prerequisites
This course is targeted towards anyone, who wants to attain the authorization card for open training at the RWTH GYM and has little to no prior experience.
Content and Objectives
In this course you learn a number of basic exercises addressing endurance, strength, and mobility. The individual training plan is rounded out with theoretical and practical components, offering a foundation for at least 12 weeks of training.
Particularities
The course capacity is a minimum of three and a maximum of six participants. Attendance at the first session is mandatory in order to continue with the course. To receive the qualification, all three sessions of the course must be completed. If two course sessions are missed, a new introductory course must be booked.
For international students, RWTH GYM offers special introductory courses in English. Basic German language skills (B2 level) are required for participation in a German introductory course.
Course rebooking or cancellation
Rebookings or cancellations are only possible if an email has been sent to the gym's address before the course starts; requests made after the start of the course can no longer be considered.
