ALMA Snow Event
The ALMA Snow Event brings together around 600 students each year from the universities in Aachen, Liège, Maastricht, and Hasselt/Diepenbeek at SnowWorld Landgraaf to ski and snowboard together. Both beginners and experienced winter sports enthusiasts get their money's worth at this event.

Participation costs 24.95 euros. The price includes transfer, 4 hour ski pass, courses, and equipment constisting of skis or snowboards, shoes and helmet. It is not possible to purchase tickets on site. Material which is not included can only be paid with EC or credit card. |

International Snow Event
Under the instruction of qualified ski teachers, stand up and take to the slopes for the first time or expand your own ski and snowboard skills. The courses and workshops will be conducted in English to make international communication easier. Afterwards a joint get together in the ski hut ensures everyone is in a good mood when closing out the evening on the slopes.
4 hour ski pass
A 4 hour ski pass is included in the price. Your ski pass timer always stops when you leave the slope within the allotted time. The timer continues on your return to the slope. So you can feel free to leave the slope without the time on your ski pass running out.
Directions
Participants, who booked the bus transfer, take the bus shuttle to SnowWorld Landgraaf. The shuttle leaves from the Bendplatz. The bus transfers begin at 5.30 pm. untill 6.30 pm. Return transfers are offered from 10:30pm and the last transfer back to Aachen will start at 11:30 pm.

Courses & Workshops
Beginners' courses are offered from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm. Spots are limited and require a special registration. Workshops for experienced participants in the areas of technique, slalom, and fun park can be attended without a registration. Times for the workshops will be announced at SnowWorld.
Lockers
There are always enough lockers available to store your thing. You pay 2 Euros a time. You can open the locker how often you want to. The Lockers can only be rented by contactless payment via your bank card or credit card. It is not possivle to pay cash.
Clothing
The ski hall has a constant temperature of -5°C. We recommend wearing warm clothing, gloves, hats, and a helmet, particularly when using the fun park. All clothing can be rented or bought at SnowWorld.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be sumitted in writing. If you have paid the participation fee, you will be reimbursed the full amount with the exception of a 5 Euro processing fee. You can cancel or tansfer your registration to another person up to three working days before the event at the University Sports Center. One day before the event and on the day of the event, rebooking or cancellation is no longer possible.

Insurance Protection
Unlike the other University Sports offers, there is no additional insurance coverage when participating in this event. We strongly recommend acquiring your own insurance protection.
Photographs and Film Recordings
The RWTH Aachen University Sports Center reserves the right to take photographs and make film recordings during the event for its own publicity and information purposes. By signing up for or purchasing admission to the event, participants agree to this use. Due to administrative reasons, those who object to this must raise their objection with the University Sports Center by email within one week of the end of the event.
