Cancellations and Changes

The university sports program in Aachen offers over 600 courses per week, and unfortunately, unscheduled cancellations and scheduled facility closures cannot be ruled out. In this case, the HSZ will inform via the mailing lists listed below and with a corresponding entry on our website under Cancellations and Changes.

Sports Facility Closures

Planned sports facility closures because of for example holidays, events or vacations will be listed in the date overview.

Notification via Mailing List cancelled

So far you have been informed about course cancellations and sports‑facility closures via the mailing lists of the respective sports venues. We have changed the process, so that you will now be contacted directly from the system about your booking.

Unsubscribing from the mailing lists

Please note that unsubscribing from the individual lists is done through a link that is included in every e‑mail you receive from the list. If you cannot find the link, check the attachment of the e‑mail; it contains a note on how to unsubscribe and the e‑mail address to use. Alternatively, you can send an e‑mail directly to the following addresses:





Alternatively, to unsubscribe from a list you can use the RWTH list‑management portal. Log in there with the e‑mail address on which you receive the list e‑mails. If you do not yet have a Postorius account, you can simply create one—make sure to use the same e‑mail address that receives the list messages.
