Due to our stressful daily life it is important to calm down regularly. A good way to do so is Yin-Yoga! There are some remaining spots in each level of this course at the University Sports Center left.
If you think you might need a weekly break of your daily life, you should definitely try Yin-Yoga. Diverse exercises cause a passive stretching that have an impact on deeper body layers and the fascia.
This special type of yoga helps to avoid contractions of the muscles to smoothen human tissue. That way, pain an be alleviated or even healed, flexibility increases and the flow of energy is regenerated.
