The first RWTH Online Health Week will take place from May 3 to 7, 2021. Normally, a health day is held every two years. Under the current circumstances, the health management in cooperation with the AG Gesundheitsförderung and the University Sports Center (HSZ) have this time set up an entire health week.

This week is all about health. Under the motto "body.mind.soul", the focus is not only on physical health. Mental health is just as much a part of the extensive program. For a whole week, interested parties can listen to short lectures and get active at workshops and exercise offers via the Zoom platform. From healthy diet, to exercising during remote work, to individual counseling services, there is certainly a suitable topic for everyone.

This also includes the RWTH Team Challenge "Every Meter Counts", which starts on May 3, 2021, and in which participants can count steps or collect bike kilometers alone or in a team.

The RWTH Campuslauf digital will also take place during the Health Week. Just like in the face-to-face version, running enthusiasts can take part in the FunRun, FitnessRun and relay run at this digital running event.

Further information on the Health Week is available on the Online Health Week website.

Extensive information on the program and the numerous workshops is available in the program booklet.
