The focus of self-defense training is on proper self-protection, striking and grappling techniques, as well as escaping from holds both standing and on the ground. In this course, fundamental techniques of self-assertion and self-defense will be learned.

Since self-defense is important but should fit into your everyday life, there is a workshop specifically for you called 'Defense to Go for Women.' Everything is compact, practical, and designed so that you can rely on your techniques even under stress. No acrobatic contortions, just moves that work . Whether you are a beginner or have some experience.

Material

In the Level 1 women's self-defense course, comfortable and durable everyday clothing is sufficient.

In the workshop 'Defense to Go for Women,' it is recommended to wear sportswear. Additionally, a bottle of water and a snack should be brought along.

Defense to Go for Women Workshop

Target Group and Prerequisites

This course is aimed at women who want to strengthen their safety and remain steadfast in self-defense even in sensitive situations. We show you how, without any prior experience or special prerequisites.

Content and Goals

In the workshop "Defense to Go for Women," the following aspects are addressed:

  • Prevention and dealing with violence: assessing situations, setting boundaries
  • Body language and presence: appearing self-confident instead of vulnerable
  • Striking and kicking techniques, escapes from holds, inspired by practical combat styles
  • Functional training for reaction, coordination, and strength
  • Statistics and facts for a realistic sense of security
  • A finale with our padded "crash-test guys," so you can try out your skills stress-free

Organizational Notes

Each session is a complete portion with its own focus areas that you can engage with as you wish. Trying it once already makes you stronger; regular participation solidifies your skills sustainably. You can book the workshops flexibly as often as you like. Perfect for staying on track!

Women's self defense Level 1

Target Group and Prerequisites

This course is designed for women who want to learn basic techniques of self-assertion and self-defense. No prior experience is necessary, and there are no special requirements.
Since the individual course sessions build on each other, joining after the third session is only advisable in exceptional cases.

Content and Objectives

As part of the self-assertion training, voice training, improvement of body language and presence will be covered, along with statistics and studies to better assess critical situations. The focus of the self-defense training will be on proper self-protection, striking and grip release techniques, as well as escaping from holds both standing and on the ground. Throughout the course, simple, universally applicable defense techniques and concepts should be internalized to successfully apply them in realistic exercises.
