Target Group and Prerequisites

This course is aimed at anyone who is already experienced in training. No prior knowledge of powerlifting is required, but a high training level in free weight exercises should be present to optimally benefit from the exercises and training approach. If you do not have any experience with free weight training so far, you can first attend the Free-Weight Training course.

Content and Objectives

In this course, you will receive individualized training focused on the three main disciplines of powerlifting – squats, bench press, and deadlifts. We will work together on proper technique and effective training methods for these exercises. Additionally, the training weights will be individually adjusted based on your performance and progress. Through theoretical explanations and practical applications, you will learn how to optimize your technique and build the necessary strength for your goals.

Special Features

A prerequisite for this course is a valid access card for RWTH GYM and a valid early or fitness training card.
