Anyone who wants to learn challenging movement forms such as muscle-ups, back levers, or front levers will find this course ideal. Due to its easy scalability, calisthenics is suitable for every fitness level. Using various aids, the course content is adapted to the individual training status. The course is open to everyone and can be conducted without any special prior experience.

As an extension of skills for the Calisthenics Course Level 1-2, this course is designed for those who felt comfortable in the first calisthenics course and managed well with the exercises conducted there. As a prerequisite for this course, participants should be able to perform at least one clean muscle-up, as well as have good experience with one-arm exercises, ring-based exercises, explosive exercises, back levers, and front levers.

Functional Training is primarily oriented towards activating entire muscles groups and muscular functional units. Not only strength and endurance are improved through the use of complex movement patterns, but also the individual quality of movement is improved. The integration of high-quality additional equipment turns the course into an extraordinary fitness experience.
Circuit training incorporating athletic movement patterns to promote strength endurance and movement quality. The use of various equipment (medballs, kettlebells, battle ropes....) makes the workout effective and versatile. Recurring, standardized workouts make training success measurable. Working out together in a group motivates and helps to overcome one's own limits.
We always train outdoors. Please bring weather-appropriate sportswear, a clean towel, and plenty to drink.
The Outdoor Bootcamp is aimed at participants with a solid fitness base. Burning muscles and intense powering out will not scare you away. Experience in performing basic exercises (squats, push-ups, pull-ups) is required.
At the Outdoor Bootcamp an intensive and diversified training is guaranteed by the intensive supervision and the friendly drill character. In the group or with a training partner you will train in the fresh air. The group dynamic will motivate you to overcome your inner weakness.
