Spinning® Levels 1 to2

Target Group and Requirements

This course is aimed at anyone who wants to learn Spinning® or would like to take regular classes. The Spinning® Level 1 to 2 offer is suitable for every fitness level. All relevant spinning basics are taught in the first class session, therefore inexperienced participants must attend the first class session as a mandatory requirement.

Contents and Goals

In addition to improving physical fitness, Spinning® training also helps to actively reduce stress and improve personal well-being by using elements from the field of mental training with concentration and breathing exercises.

Materials

  • Towel
  • Padlock
  • second pair of clean special indoor shoes or cycling shoes
  • non-glass drinking bottle
  • Heart rate monitor, for example a fitness watch or chest strap. A limited number of chest straps can be borrowed against a deposit. In case of loss, the original product price will be charged. We recommend setting up the heart rate monitor prior to the first lesson.

Particularities

The first class session is mandatory for beginners.

If you missed the first session as a beginner, you can make up the corresponding introduction during the following two weeks of the course. The introduction takes place 15 minutes before the start of the class and can be attended with any trainer. You will receive an e‑mail containing a booking option.

If you would like to attend the introduction in a different course than the one you originally booked, we recommend booking that session as a single lesson. This way, the material covered can be applied directly in the subsequent regular class.

If a beginner does not attend an introduction session, the course registration will be cancelled and participation will no longer be possible.
