Target Group and Prerequisites

This course is targeted towards anyone with little to no previous experience with free weights.

Content and Objectives

In this course you will receive an individual training plan and learn a number of effective free weight exercises. While conducting basic exercises during joint training, the weights will be adjusted to the appropriate weight. The course is supplemented with theoretical backgrounds and movement patterns using videos and video analysis.

Particularities

In order to participate in this course you must have an authorization card for the RWTH GYM and a valid early or fitness training card. A mininum of two and a maximum of five people can participate in the course.
