The offering is aimed at students and staff who are looking for ways to cope with tense situations in order to approach everyday stressors more calmly. The programs offered by the university sports department are exclusively preventive in nature and are explicitly not intended for therapeutic purposes. Contents and Goals

By specifically tapping on meridian points with the fingers while thinking about "one's topic," stress and emotional burdens such as exam anxiety and learning blockages are reduced, leading to immediate stress reduction and relaxation. In this workshop, the tapping techniques for self-application will be taught so that each participant can use tapping purposefully for their own challenges in the future. Regular tapping leads to greater joy in life and well-being.
