Sports Facility

Equipment

To participate you must bring a separate, clean pair of socks. Gym shoes should be worn while setting up for sport equipment.

Special Participation Requirements

For safety reasons, participants may only use equipment during training after speaking with the instructor. Courses cannot be held without an instructor present. In the event that the instructor is absent at the last minute and a substitute instructor cannot be found, training will be cancelled.

Trampolining Meet-Up Level 1

Target Group and Prerequisites

The course is targeted towards all interested individuals. No special skills or previous knowledge are required.

Content and Objectives

Participants will develop a "cloth feel" as well as practice the basic jumps (standing jump, squat, straddle, bend, sit jump, half/whole twist). A muscular base and general flexibility will be established. Instruction on basic trampoline gymnastics techniques will be given. Techniques of the back jump and possibly the belly jump can be worked on if there is any aptitude. All participants are expected to assist with set up and take down. The goal is to establish a solid foundation to build upon in the more advanced classes.

Trampolining Level 3

Target Group and Requirements

This course is targeted towards individuals with prior trampolining experience from a sports club and those who have both successfully completed the Level 2 course and have received a recommendation from the course instructor. Participation in the Level 3 course is only possible after consulatition with a course intstructor.

Content and Objectives

In this course students conduct independent and confident training. They may also prepare for competitions.

Trampolining Meet-Up

Target Group and Requirements

This offer is aimed at athletes with club sports experience, as well as those who have already completed the course system of the University Sports Center. “Meet-Ups” are equivalent to open training.

Contents and Goals

The meet-up offer active athletes the opportunity to practice their sport. There is no instruction by a HSZ course instructors.

A HSZ course instructor is present to monitor correct set-up and use of equipment. Equipment has to be set up by the athletes themselves.

Organizational Notice

This offer is password protected in order to avoid, that people without the necessary experience participate in the offer. (The password can be requested at the sport’s representatives).
